The principles of prevention where measures will be taken to avoid, prevent, control and restrict HSE related risks.The development of action plans and the setting of targets which will be monitored measured and reported to achieve continuous improvement. A requirement that all contractors manage HSE consistent with this policy. The recognition of employees’ contributions to HSE management in their performance appraisal when appropriate.
