Mr. Amit Singh is the Associate Director of the Company since 2011. Mr. Amit Singh holds a graduate degree in commerce from Poddar College Mumbai, India and a Post-graduate degree in Business Management from University of Kingston, London. He spearheaded Kursee- Road Project of Public Works Departments to its successful implementation from 2011–2013. Mr Amit Singh monitors project progress of all running sites and focuses on efficient working. He is majorly responsible for administration and manages all interactions with technical as well as administrative staff to maximize the value of engineering operations, quality and productivity improvements. He oversees the procurement planning, budgeting, cost controls and labour relations of continuing work sites.

Mr Arpit Singh has joined APCO as Assistant Director – Designing and implementation in 2014. He is a Civil Engineering graduate from JAYPEE University of Information Technology, Himachal Pradesh. Mr. Arpit Singh has been made in-charge of implementation of ERP & development of different MIS systems & formats, in addition to taking care of critical procurements & project implementation progress. He is taking charge of civil construction projects.

Mr. R.A. Yadav completed his education at Saket University in Uttar Pradesh. Before founding the company, he worked on a civil construction assignment for the Public Welfare Department in Barabanki, collaborating with the Managing Director of APCO in 1991. Following that experience, Mr. Yadav pursued his passion for civil engineering and construction, working alongside the core team members of the company on architectural and highway contracts. He later took on the role of Project Director, specializing in highway construction..

Mr. Srivastava is the Senior Vice President and is heading Delhi-Meerut, Meerut-Bulandshahar & MuzzafarNagar- Saharanpur Project among others.He did his B.E.(Civil)from S.V.R College (1983). Prior to joining APCO in 2015, he was last associated with Wave Infratech Group as COO and has 35 years of rich experience working with different Infrastructure companies like M/s C&C Constructions Ltd, HCC, Oriental, Unitech, Unchahar Thermal Power Station and Gujrat Irrigation Department among others.
