Currently, APCO is at the helm of several major projects categorized under DBFOT (Design, Build, Finance, Operate, Transfer), EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), and HAM (Hybrid Annuity Model), strategically distributed across various states such as Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Haryana, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Jharkhand, and the National Capital Region of Delhi, as well as in neighboring Nepal. Among our landmark achievements are the construction of India’s pioneering 14-lane expressway, the Delhi–Meerut Expressway, the ambitious Z-Morh Tunnel Project in the picturesque Jammu & Kashmir, a state-of-the-art cable-stayed bridge in Mumbai, and an elevated metro viaduct serving the Delhi/NCR region. Additionally, we are currently executing at least ten expressway projects, Varsova Bandra Sea Link, Water Tunnel Project in Mumbai and other projects across the country, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities.

A significant milestone in our history occurred in 2021 when we were awarded India’s biggest Marine project, Varsova Bandra Sea Link Project in Mumbai, which marked a pivotal moment in the evolution of infrastructure development in the country. Between 2000 and 2005, APCO had the distinguished opportunity to undertake a range of high-value civil engineering projects for esteemed clients such as CONCOR (Container Corporation of India Ltd.), IOCL (Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.), and IOTL (Indian Oil tanking Ltd.). We have successfully secured our inaugural major road construction project in the vibrant state of Rajasthan, awarded to us by the esteemed firm Punj Lloyd. APCO Infratech, serving as the lead partner in the joint venture, has been awarded the significant responsibility of executing the Varanasi–Shaktinagar Road Project. This major infrastructure initiative is designed to greatly enhance transportation connectivity within the state of Uttar Pradesh. 2015
Significant Project Z-Morh Tunnel project in Jammu & Kashmir

APCO is proud to be involved in the Z-Morh Tunnel Project in Jammu and Kashmir, a significant infrastructure initiative aimed at providing all-weather connectivity between Srinagar, Sonamarg, and Kargil. Spanning 6.5 kilometers, this strategically important tunnel enhances year-round access in a region that often experiences harsh weather conditions. This project has positioned us to progress significantly in the coming years. It includes a parallel escape tunnel and a dedicated ventilation tunnel, which enhance safety, reliability, and long-term functionality. In addition to our work in transportation infrastructure, APCO is also making meaningful contributions to the agriculture sector through essential irrigation projects. The Gandak and Saryu Main Canal Projects are two transformative initiatives designed to improve water management and boost agricultural productivity across extensive areas.

Landmark HAM Projects

APCO has secured two new Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) projects valued at ₹2,700 crores and has successfully completed the Muzaffarnagar–Saharanpur project. These new projects reflect our expanding presence in India’s infrastructure sector and demonstrate our commitment to innovation, quality, and engineering excellence. Additionally, we also have completed the Muzaffarnagar–Saharanpur road project, which was executed through a dedicated Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). This impressive array of work has been awarded to us by prestigious clients including the Uttar Pradesh Public Works Department (UPPWD), the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA), the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC), and the National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL).
