A proud alumnus of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University in Ayodhya, Mr. Singh embarked on his professional journey in 1988, starting as a petrol pump owner in Faizabad. In 1992, driven by ambition and a collaborative spirit, Mr. Singh joined forces with fellow visionaries to establish a company dedicated to the construction sector, officially launching operations in the heart of infrastructure development. At just 25 years old, he laid the groundwork for what would become a transformative journey in the industry, initially branding the enterprise as “APCO Construction Pvt. Ltd.” Through unwavering dedication and strategic foresight, Mr. Singh has elevated the company to remarkable heights, rebranding it as “APCO Infratech Pvt. Ltd.” and building a financial legacy boasting a net worth exceeding ₹3,316 crores, alongside an impressive annual turnover of ₹6,649 crores.

Under Mr. Singh’s dynamic leadership, APCO has experienced phenomenal growth, with turnover skyrocketing by an astonishing 1,600 times, profit after tax soaring by an incredible 3,000 times, and net worth swelling by a remarkable 3,950 times. His astute business strategies have forged an extraordinary order book exceeding ₹35,500 crores, a testament to his exceptional acumen. Among the company’s notable achievements, Mr. Singh proudly oversaw the award-winning of India’s inaugural Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) project in Saktinagar, Varanasi, in 2016—a landmark moment in the construction arena.
