Currently, APCO is at the helm of several major projects categorized under DBFOT (Design, Build, Finance, Operate, Transfer), EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), and HAM (Hybrid Annuity Model), strategically distributed across various states such as Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Haryana, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Jharkhand, and the National Capital Region of Delhi, as well as in neighboring Nepal. Among our landmark achievements are the construction of India’s pioneering 14-lane expressway, the Delhi–Meerut Expressway, the ambitious Z-Morh Tunnel Project in the picturesque Jammu & Kashmir, a state-of-the-art cable-stayed bridge in Mumbai, and an elevated metro viaduct serving the Delhi/NCR region. Additionally, we are currently executing at least ten expressway projects, Varsova Bandra Sea Link, Water Tunnel Project in Mumbai and other projects across the country, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities.

A significant milestone in our history occurred in 2021 when we were awarded India’s biggest Marine project, Varsova Bandra Sea Link Project in Mumbai, which marked a pivotal moment in the evolution of infrastructure development in the country. Civil Works Experience (1992-1999)

Between 1992 and 1999, APCO executed a range of civil engineering projects—from roads and bridges to residential and commercial buildings—that strengthened its technical expertise and operational efficiency. This formative period laid the foundation for APCO’s future growth and its emergence as a trusted name in the infrastructure sector.

2000
Strengthening Foundations Through High-Value Projects (2000–2005)

Between 2000 and 2005, APCO completed major projects for CONCOR, IOCL, and IOTL, enhancing its expertise in structural design, site development, and sustainability while reinforcing its reputation for reliable, precise, and high-quality civil engineering.

2006
Pioneering Infrastructure Development

APCO secured its first major road construction project in Rajasthan from Punj Lloyd, marking a significant milestone in its growth. Alongside, the company is executing civil works for Bajaj’s Utraula Sugar Mills, showcasing its expertise in industrial infrastructure.

Impressive Achievement: Awarded First Project of Civil Works

Between 2008 and 2009, APCO undertook two landmark projects — the civil works for the Thermal Power Project in Aligarh and the World Bank-funded bridge approach and protection works over the River Ghagra. Rapti Canal Project

Varanasi-Shaktinagar Road Project

As the lead partner in a joint venture, APCO Infratech is executing the Varanasi–Shaktinagar Road Project to enhance connectivity across Uttar Pradesh. Significant Project Z-Morh Tunnel project in Jammu & Kashmir

New Milestone Achieved! Mathura Water Supply project.

APCO has undertaken the Mathura Water Supply Project, awarded by UP Jal Nigam under the Government of India’s Jal Jeevan Mission (Har Ghar Jal), with a total project value of ₹2,879.29 crores. This large-scale initiative aims to provide safe and reliable water supply to every household in Mathura, addressing both urban and rural water needs.

Five Projects from BMC on EPC!
